I’m not exaggerating when I say that this is one of my all time favorite books. EVER. It is so straight forward and obvious, yet so eye-opening and easy to implement. We all deal with having too much to do – our day job, special projects, and fire-drills that came out of nowhere. The methodology in this book for getting it all under control can dramatically change the way you do business. In addition, the website that accompanies the book has a lot of great, useful resources.
